OUR TEAM
Dmitry Drozhzhin MD/DO
Dr. Dmitry Drozhzhin is a highly accomplished, board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine, with active medical licenses in New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Dr. Drozhzhin has excelled in both clinical practice and academic research.
Dr. Drozhzhin earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Brown University/Kent Hospital, where he became board-certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM).
Vazgen Martirosian MD
Dr. Martirosian is an internal medicine physician whose focus is providing high-quality, individualized care to patients using evidence-based medicine. He graduated from Aleppo University in Syria and completed his internal medicine residency training at UPMC McKeesport Hospital. Dr. Martirosian has been a hospital medicine physician since 2020. He started his career as a hospitalist at Backus Hospital in Eastern Connecticut and then joined South County Hospital in 2023.
Dr. Martirosian is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and has been awarded the Certificate of Physician Leadership for Hospital Medicine by the ACP and the American Association for Physician Leadership.
Neima Hadi MD
Dr. Hadi is a board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to delivering the highest quality care through preventive medicine and up-to-date, evidence-based practices. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine with the distinguished honor of induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society. He then completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
Dr. Hadi worked as a hospitalist at Newport Hospital for three years before joining South County Hospital, where he spent another three years in hospital medicine. He also covered shifts at Westerly Hospital during that time, giving him deep familiarity with all the community hospitals in Rhode Island. Dr. Hadi now serves as the medical director of several nursing homes throughout the state, immersing himself in the post-acute care world as well.
Beverly Casinelli NP
Beverly Casinelli, NP, is a highly experienced nurse practitioner specializing in adult primary care. She earned her nursing degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and her Master of Nursing from Boston College. Beverly began her career at the Vanderbilt Rehab Center at Newport Hospital, where she gained extensive experience in inpatient rehabilitation and performed a wide range of procedures, including intra-articular joint injections.
Driven by her passion for preventive medicine, Beverly transitioned into primary care, where she has spent the last four years focusing on healthy aging, chronic disease prevention, and patient-centered education. She has developed particular expertise in women’s preventive health, including Pap smears, gynecologic screening, and comprehensive cancer screening.
Beverly also has advanced training in weight management and metabolic health, helping patients achieve sustainable results through individualized, evidence-based strategies.
Recognized for her compassionate approach and clinical precision, Beverly’s goal is to equip every patient with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to live their healthiest, fullest lives.
She collaborates closely with the clinic’s physicians, ensuring every patient receives comprehensive, well-supported, and coordinated care. Her team-based approach enhances safety, continuity, and clinical decision-making.
